Annual Sports Meet 2025–2026

The Annual Sports Meet 2025–2026 of Hindustan International School, Padur, was held on 2nd August 2025 at the school grounds amidst great enthusiasm and spirited participation. The event was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Mr. Ranjith Kumar P.M. (National Hockey Player and Senior Consultant, HCL Technologies), and was graced by Mr. Johnson Mathew (Dean – Academics) and Ms. Susan George (Principal).

The day began with a spectacular March Past by the four houses, led by the school band, where Nelson Mandela House was awarded the Best March Past Trophy for their impeccable coordination. The audience was captivated by a series of vibrant displays, including Mass Drill, Human Pyramid, Silambam, Gymnastics, Karate, and an impressive Equestrian Demonstration, followed by thrilling track and field events.

The Individual Championships brought moments of pride, celebrating young athletes’ determination and skill, while Margaret Thatcher House emerged as the Overall Champions, securing the highest points with consistent performance across events. Adding to the festive spirit, parents actively participated in fun-filled competitions such as the Tyre Race, 75 mts Race, and Lucky Corner, creating a joyful community atmosphere.

The meet concluded with the prize distribution ceremony, where winners were felicitated by the dignitaries. In his address, the Chief Guest inspired students to embrace sports as a way of life, instilling values of discipline, perseverance, and teamwork. The Principal expressed heartfelt appreciation to all who contributed to the success of the event. The day ended with the National Anthem, leaving behind cherished memories of unity, energy, and true sportsmanship.
